Privacy:

You can be assured that we fully respect your right to privacy and we take rigorous measures to ensure that your private images remain private.  We do this in the following ways:

• Copies of your images are retained for 30 days and then automatically deleted by the system. We retain them for this period so that we can respond to your additional requirements and to ensure that you receive your images regardless of courier losses - let's face it, insurance can never replace lost memories.  If requested, we will delete images immediately on shipment of your scans.
• Your originals are stored in a fire-proof safe when not actively being worked on.
• Your images are electronically stored on an encrypted secure system that implements appropriate access controls and auditing measures.
• Your images are not available to an external Internet connection.
• Only personnel directly involved in the processing of your images have access to them.  Our staff receive special training on the handling of your private material.
• Images can be stored on CD-R or DVD+/-R  in encrypted form if requested.

• Bulk rates are available - discounts of 20% and more are automatically added at the store.
• Custom services are available - please contact us if you have special requirements.
• Photos are scanned at 300 dpi 24bpp - up to 4800 dpi and 48bpp available on request.
• Films are scanned at 2400 dpi 24bpp - up to 4800 dpi and 48bpp available on request.
• Additional charges apply if originals require more than normal surface cleaning.
